Construction on Dorrance Lane Improvements – Phase 2 is ongoing, with significant traffic flow impacts expected.

All Dorrance Ln. traffic, east of Oxford Glen Ln., will flow Westbound only. 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜 𝐖𝐈𝐋𝐋 𝐍𝐎𝐓 𝐛𝐞 𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐥 𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐚𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡𝐰𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐅𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐰𝐚𝐲/𝟓𝟗 𝐟𝐞𝐞𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐫𝐨𝐚𝐝 𝐧𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭 𝐓𝐢𝐫𝐞 𝐯𝐢𝐚 𝐃𝐨𝐫𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐋𝐧. The intersection of Bloomington Ln. and Dorrance Ln. will remain open, however, you cannot travel eastbound on Dorrance Ln. at the intersection.

This project cost approximately $2,300,000, funded by City utility funds and the Fort Bend County Mobility Bond.
