What is Barefoot-n-Friday? It is one of the many great Parks Department programs offered by the City. About every two weeks the pool opens up after hours from 8:30 - 11:00 p.m. for children ages 9 to 14. THIS IS A KIDS ONLY EVENT. It is a chance for kids to swim, play, dance, laugh, and be themselves with their friends in a safe, supervised environment. It is fully chaperoned by professional life guards. Additionally, 2 police officers will be on duty during the entire event.
A couple of guidelines to help make the Barefoot-n-Fridays run smoothly NO parking in the pool parking lot. This is for drive through drop-off and pick-up only.
