Life Guards and Swim Instructors

Lifeguards are all certified by Jeff Ellis and Associates and complete rigourous training before the season starts as well as throughout the summer. One day you may even find yourself at a lifeguard audit where Jeff Ellis sends in spies that secretly grade the lifeguards on their abilities and then ask them to perform various rescues to evaluate their skills.
