Community Center
Meadows Place Community Center & Pool are centrally located in the City at the corner of Dorrance and Amblewood. When using an online service to provide directions to the Community Center, the official address is:

The Community Center can be rented for parties, meetings, family gatherings, etc. The cost of renting the Community Center varies depending on the type of gathering you are planning. Be sure to download and read the Community Center Usage Rules below. Call the Parks & Recreation Department to check availability. Download the Community Center Reservation form below.
Reservations can be made only upon payment of a cash deposit.
Community Center Rental Fees: Food and no alcohol……..$150.00

The Community Center can accommodate groups/parties up to 165 people. Available for use during your rental are sixteen 6 ft. tables, 90 chairs, use of kitchenette including refrigerator and microwave and use of garden area and patio.
Swimming Pool
The swimming pool can be rented for private parties in the evening after the pool closes to the community from mid-May through August. Rental of the pool includes lifeguards but does NOT include use of the Community Center. Reservations for the pool must be accompanied by the rental fee in cash (there is no deposit required for pool rental). Contact the Parks & Recreation Department with questions.
Maximum rental time is 3 ½ hours.
Pool Rental Fee: $300.00 (cash) (non-residents add $100.00)
Community Center & Pool Combo Rental
Meadows Place residents receive a $50.00 discount when renting both the Community Center and the Pool for the same event.
