Energy Conservation

The City of Meadows Place has been recognized for its energy conservation and was given a certificate for conserving 5% of its energy usage per year. Senate Bill 5 is an energy conservation plan to cut back 5% per year for five years and Meadows Place was able to complete the program in two years conserving a total of 25% of its energy usage.

Important Notice

The City of Meadows Place has amended the tree ordinance with regards to height requirements.  The ordinance requires that tree limbs provide a sixteen (16) ft clearance over streets and a ten (10) ft clearance over sidewalks. (More Information)
